Set up your project
Create a project in seconds: choose a type, set a total budget, currency and region. Use a Premium template (Slovenia House / Apartment / Modular) to skip the blank-page problem.
Plan phases, tasks & budget
Break the build into phases with start/end dates and budget percentages. Add tasks per phase, assign document slots, and split costs into budget categories and line items (estimated vs. actual). Free tier: up to 5 phases, 5 tasks per phase, 25 budget categories, 30 budget line items, 2 project income records, 3 contractors, 10 documents and 10 warranties per project. Premium on the same project: 40 phases, 15 tasks per phase, 200 budget categories, 600 line items, 30 income records, 50 contractors, 100 documents and 50 warranties. Uploaded files are kept for a maximum of 3 years from upload start and up to 2 years after last project activity, then we provide an export option before deletion. Track income & cash flow
Log every source of project funding — bank loans, grants, personal savings — with date and expected amount. Free tier: up to 2 income records per project (Premium: up to 30). The budget timeline (Premium) charts income vs. spending by month so you always know your cash position.
Add & manage contractors
Add contractors with full contact details, assign them to phases, and review invoices, quotes, and timelines in one place — including a Gantt-style overview with Premium. Free tier: up to 3 contractors per project (Premium: up to 50).
Scan quotes & import into budget
Upload a contractor quote file (up to 20 MB). The AI scans it, extracts every line item and lets you pick which ones to import into your budget categories — or create new ones on the fly. Compare two scanned quotes with AI: aligned line items, gaps on each side and a clear suggestion. Each successful scan uses 1 token; failed scans are refunded. A comparison uses 1 token if both quotes are already scanned — otherwise each unsanned file costs an extra scan first (worst case: 3 tokens).
Manage required documents
Every phase has its document slots. Upload files, set expiry dates and see status at a glance: uploaded, missing, expiring soon, or expired. Search and filter across all phases in the central documents view.
Attach receipts & track payments
Upload receipts to any budget line item. The Payments & receipts tab (Premium) shows every line item with its attached receipt in a single consolidated view — preview or download with one click.
Monitor on the dashboard
The overview dashboard surfaces alerts (blocked, overdue), an active phase card, and snapshot numbers — phases completed, overdue tasks, missing documents, and budget used vs. total — so nothing slips through.

Upload a quote file (up to 20 MB), let the AI extract every line item, then pick which ones to import directly into your budget. Compare two scanned quotes with AI: what’s missing on each side, overall value and a practical recommendation. Each successful scan uses 1 token from the project’s pool of 300; failed scans are automatically refunded. A comparison costs 1 token if both quotes are already scanned — otherwise each unscanned file uses a scan token first (up to 3 tokens total).
