Plan phases, tasks & budget

Break the build into phases with start/end dates and budget percentages. Add tasks per phase, assign document slots, and split costs into budget categories and line items (estimated vs. actual). Free tier: up to 5 phases, 5 tasks per phase, 25 budget categories, 30 budget line items, 2 project income records, 3 contractors, 10 documents and 10 warranties per project. Premium on the same project: 40 phases, 15 tasks per phase, 200 budget categories, 600 line items, 30 income records, 50 contractors, 100 documents and 50 warranties. Uploaded files are kept for a maximum of 3 years from upload start and up to 2 years after last project activity, then we provide an export option before deletion. Scan quotes & import into budget

Upload a contractor quote file (up to 20 MB). The AI scans it, extracts every line item and lets you pick which ones to import into your budget categories — or create new ones on the fly. Compare two scanned quotes with AI: aligned line items, gaps on each side and a clear suggestion. Each successful scan uses 1 token; failed scans are refunded. A comparison uses 1 token if both quotes are already scanned — otherwise each unsanned file costs an extra scan first (worst case: 3 tokens).

Compare two scanned quotes with AI: what’s missing on each side, overall value and a practical recommendation. What does Premium ( one-time) include?
A one-time payment per project unlocks every Premium feature for that project — no monthly subscription. You get 300 AI tokens: each quote scan (full line-item extraction, files up to 20 MB) uses 1 token; each AI comparison of two already-scanned quotes uses 1 token. Failed scans are automatically refunded. Structural limits for that project increase to the Premium values in the table under Pricing and in our Terms of Service (e.g. 40 phases, 15 tasks per phase, 200 categories, 600 line items, 30 income records, 50 contractors, 100 documents, 50 warranties; free tier: 5 / 5 / 25 / 30 / 2 / 3 / 10 / 10). Uploaded files are kept for a maximum of 3 years from upload start and up to 2 years after last project activity, then we provide an export option before deletion.
Will I run out of tokens?
300 tokens per project covers many scans and comparisons. Each successful scan or comparison counts as 1 token; failed operations are automatically refunded. Note: if both quotes haven't been scanned yet, each one uses a scan token before the comparison token is deducted — up to 3 tokens for a single comparison in the worst case. Need more? What are the costs of building a house in Slovenia?
House construction costs are split by phase: foundations, shell, roof, installations (electrical, plumbing, heating), facade and interior finishing. HouseLog helps you track costs for each phase with clear on track, caution or critical signals.
What documentation is required for building a house or apartment?
For building a house or apartment in Slovenia you need: building permit, execution project (PZI), energy certificate, technical inspection records and occupancy permit. HouseLog tracks document status per phase: uploaded, missing, expiring, expired.
Is HouseLog free?
Yes. The basic version is free forever subject to the limits in the table under Pricing and in our Terms of Service — including up to 5 phases, 5 tasks per phase, 25 categories, 30 line items, 2 income records, 3 contractors, 10 documents and 10 warranties per project; documents up to 40 MB per file (receipts up to 10 MB).
